Does ProperShop provide free estimates?

It depends. ProperShop provides free estimates for new door purchases. For service calls, ProperShop charges a “service fee” to cover the cost to send a Technician to your home to inspect your garage door system and present price estimates for any potential solutions.

Does ProperShop provide price estimates over the phone?

No. Although we understand a customer’s desire to want a price estimate over the phone, accurate estimates can only be provided once an inspection has been performed by a trained Technician.

Does ProperShop background check it’s employees?

Yes. To ensure the safety and security of its customers, employees, and community at large, ProperShop performs background checks on all employees.

Does ProperShop provide discounts for military or senior citizens?

Yes. ProperShop offers discounts to active-duty military and veterans, and customers over the age of 65. Your Technician may request proof of military status or age to process discounts.

Does ProperShop perform service calls after hours?

Yes. ProperShop performs “emergency calls” during evenings and nights. An “emergency call fee” is applied to any appointment scheduled for 6pm or later.

What forms of payment does ProperShop accept?

We process payment in person upon completion of any services provided to you. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash or check payments.
